Qualifications:

• CPA
• 5+ years of relevant experience



Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, review, and complete engagements and deliverables
• Oversee and mentor staff, providing feedback and guidance on professional development
• Develop expertise in assigned areas and effectively utilize available resources to solve complex issues
• Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth
• Assist with administrative functions, including managing delegated projects
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients
• Act as a trusted contact for clients, ensuring strong professional relationships
• Manage project workflows, staff assignments, and workload distribution
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution to ensure timely completion of engagements
• Maintain profitability and oversee budgeting processes
• Assist with billing-related matters and inquiries
