CTS, established in 1985 and headquartered in Green Bay, WI is a leader in providing dedicated and regional services in the Midwest. We are seeking exceptional CDL A drivers to join our Local Dedicated Fleet.

Overview

• Hauls for a dedicated customer from Green Bay, WI to Chicago, IL and back.
• Operating a 53-foot dry van trailer.
• Home Daily
• 12:00PM or 12:00AM Start time.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage Pay, starting range $0.47 CPM to $0.51 CPM (Anticipated earnings of 78,000)
• Quarterly Bonus, earning up to an additional $0.06 CPM.
• Multi stop pay.
• Detention pay.
• Other accessorial pay.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 1 year, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Live within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI or any of our domiciles in Appleton, Neenah, Manitowoc.
