Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Manager

  • Oversee pharmacy revenue processes from charge capture through reimbursement
  • Monitor KPIs, audits, and compliance to identify risks and revenue leakage

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with 2+ in pharmacy revenue integrity or compliance
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy billing, coding, charge capture, and reimbursement workflows
  • Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other revenue cycle systems
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (CMS, payer requirements, HIPAA)
