- Base salary between $35,000 - $55,000 based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions on top
- Live and internet leads are provided daily

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their insurance needs
- Provide customized quotes and solutions for auto, home, and other lines of insurance
- Follow up with leads and win-back clients using structured outreach plans
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent the agency with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
Requirements
- Must hold a valid insurance license
- Less than one year of experience needed, with the right attitude and motivation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outgoing, persistent, and resilient when handling objections
- Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through on leads
