Your Role:

1. Lead, coach, and mentor agents to maximize performance
2. Execute growth strategies using proven systems
3. Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller leads with a focus on conversion
4. Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent
5. Drive accountability and performance tracking
6. Partner with executive leadership to scale effectively

Who You Are:

1. Active Texas Real Estate License
2. Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
3. A results-oriented leader passionate about developing people
4. Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
5. Tech-savvy with CRM and performance tracking experience
