Role overview

  • Fully remote sales role focused on advising families on life insurance and retirement solutions.
  • Flexible schedule that accommodates Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, Temporary Duty (TDY), and deployments.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and marketing support provided; no prior insurance experience required.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage prospective clients to assess insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options via phone, video, or in-person meetings if desired.
  • Build and maintain trust-based client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and professional service.
  • Manage client records and follow up to ensure continuity of service and long-term relationship building.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Military spouses, partners, and family members are encouraged to apply
  • Current state life and health insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently.
  • Comfort with basic technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software (training provided).
  • High school diploma or equivalent, valid U.S. driver’s license, '
  • Be teachable, coachable, trainable and the desire to make a difference
