Team Lead – Forklift Operator | $21–$23/hr DOE | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire | Get Moving With Us!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love being hands-on, and know your way around a forklift? We're looking for an energetic, take-charge Team Lead to join a busy warehouse team in Hickory NC— someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done!

 Shift Details:

• 1st Shift – steady schedule, no overnight hours

• Monday to Friday, with occasional OT

• You’ll train and lead a small team, but you won’t be sitting behind a desk all day — this is a boots-on-the-ground kind of role!

 Pay Rate:

• $21–$23/hr (Depending on experience)

• Paid weekly while you're temp – bump up when you’re hired on!

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a forklift — but not all day, every day

• Helping move materials, load/unload trucks, and keep things organized

• Doing some heavy lifting and manual labor — we’re talking hands-on leadership

• Guiding your team, keeping things running smoothly, and keeping morale high

• Making sure safety and productivity are always top of mind

 What We’re Looking For:

• Solid forklift experience – you're confident on the controls

• Someone who knows how to lead by example — positive, proactive, and reliable

• A team player with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude

• Comfortable with physical work (this role gets you moving!)
