Material Handler / Stockroom Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Stockroom Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations by accurately handling materials, maintaining stockroom organization, and working collaboratively to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately count, track, and record inventory levels to ensure proper stockroom management.
• Safely handle, move, and store materials in compliance with workplace guidelines.
• Follow established procedures and directions to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing materials as needed.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, supporting coworkers to achieve operational success.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom/work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or material handling role preferred.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with accuracy.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven team player with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
