Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE is home to 400 employees and that serve over 100 clients. Healthcare providers we service include: hospitals, physician groups, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing, clinics, emergency departments, medical transport, home health, and behavioral health.

PATHS, LLC, is currently seeking an Oncology Financial Navigator to work in our office in Allentown, PA.

Duties Include:

• Assist patients receiving cancer treatments/infusions in applying for drug cost/co pay reimbursement.
• Counsel patients in navigating through medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial resources available.
• Working with patients, physicians, nursing staff, pharmaceutical and insurance companies
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 Requirements:

• Experience working in healthcare facility, insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, or social work preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Trustworthy, detail and goal oriented, organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm

Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
