• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning July 2025 - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday, 5x8's. There is a call involved - nights 3 pm - 7 am and weekends 24-hour.
• Staffing Mix/Supervision: CRNAs must be able to work independently without supervision.
• Case Mix: Must be proficient with blocks. All case types except for hearts, vascular, and OB.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Active TX License
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
