Lathe Machinist/Programmer

About the Role:

The Lathe Machinist A will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up and operating lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This position requires a deep understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The successful candidate will ensure that all parts meet quality standards and are produced efficiently to meet production schedules. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a lathe machinist, including set-ups, editing programs, troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certification in machining or a related field.
• Experience with CNC programming, using MasterCam or similar software.
