About the Role

We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agents to join our high-energy, inbound sales team. You’ll help customers understand their insurance options and provide consultative guidance in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a permanent position with growth opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Comfortable handling inbound calls in a quota-driven environment
• Flexible to work any schedule offered within our hours

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound insurance calls from customers looking for coverage
• Explain differences in home, auto, and renters' insurance
• Build trust through needs-based consultative selling

Hours of Operation (8 hours shift):

• Mon-Fri: 8am–10pm EST / 7am–9pm CST
• Saturday: 9am–5:30pm EST / 8am–4:30pm CST
• TRAINING:
  Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm EST
  3 weeks "classroom"
  4 weeks "nesting"

(Must be flexible to accept any schedule within these hours)
