Job Description
Adecco is seeking Machine Operators for exciting roles with our client in Lincoln, NH. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Weekly pay starts at $20.87-$23.13. We are offering an exciting $1,000 bonus after 90 days when you meet performance and attendance goals!
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
4th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Operate machines and equipment such as presses, braid winding, lathes, and crimping machines to assist in manufacturing standard or customized products
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, bills of material, and other instructions
Use hand tools like screwdrivers and drill guns to support machine operations
Load, unload, and maintain inventory of parts and products in workstations
Record production data accurately, including quantities of good and scrap parts
Perform quality checks, identify defects, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances
Adjust machine settings as needed and operate equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality standards, including proper use and inspection of safety equipment
Report safety concerns, hazards, accidents, and near misses to management
Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of related experience preferred (machine operator experience preferred)
Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, bills of material, tape measures, and written instructions
Basic reading, math, and English communication skills
Proficient with basic hand tools and able to follow directions and solve routine problems
Physical ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and use manual dexterity for assembling parts
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach above shoulders up to 25% of the time
Knowledge of MSDS and safe handling of hazardous materials
Ability to work independently or in a team and maintain regular attendance
Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards
Ability to accurately record production data and troubleshoot simple quality issues
Pay Details: $20.87 to $23.13 per hour
