About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team three to four days per week. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about interventional pain medicine, regenerative therapies, and minimally invasive spine procedures. The NP/PA will report directly to our Medical Director and will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.



Responsibilities



  • Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and telemedicine consults as needed.
  • Administer basic trigger point and joint injections. (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on treatment plans for interventional pain therapies and regenerative medicine.
  • Educate and promote advanced therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), and minimally invasive spine procedures.
  • Support the integration of AI tools into clinical workflows.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.
  • Provide patient education and support to improve outcomes and satisfaction.


Qualifications



  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APNP) or Physician Assistant in the state of Wisconsin (required).
  • Current ACLS certification (required).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong interest will be considered.
  • Experience with injections or musculoskeletal care is a plus.
  • Interest in regenerative medicine, interventional pain, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
