Certifications and Licenses:

\n

\n
• Valid RN License in the State of New Hampshire (or appropriate compact license) (Required)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Highly Preferred)\n
• Previous ER or Emergency Department experience (Required)\n
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a fast-paced ER setting (Required)\n
• Prior travel or agency experience is strongly preferred\n

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ER patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation\n
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently in Meditech Expanse 2.2 EMR system\n
• Administer medications, perform IV insertions, and assist in trauma and emergency procedures\n
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for patients and their families\n
• Handle high-volume patient influx with professionalism and efficiency, averaging approximately 4,500 ED visits per year\n
