\nRN - ER
\nJob Details:
\n• 12-hour night shifts
\n • 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n • 6-week contract
\n • Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n • May be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour call back requirement
\n • ICU float preferred but not required
\n • 10-bed emergency department with annual volume of 11,500
\n • 2 RNs to cover 10-bed ER with additional overlap of 2 to 4 hours
\n • Trauma Level IV facility
\n • Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
\n • Epic charting experience required
\n • ECI Triage training and splinting skills required
\n • Required certifications: MI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
\n • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
\n • Any color scrubs permitted

\nThis facility is a community-based hospital offering emergency services within a 10-bed emergency department that serves a significant annual patient volume. The facility operates as a Trauma Level IV center, providing essential emergency care to the surrounding region. Staff work collaboratively in a close-knit environment with additional coverage overlap to ensure quality patient care is consistently delivered.
