Employment & Labor | Senior Counsel

• Seeking a highly skilled associate or counsel to join our growing practice focused on Employment & Labor law.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in California employment litigation advice and counseling.
• Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions; attending court appearances; drafting and responding to discovery and meet and confer letters; defending individual and class action wage and hour and PAGA claims both in court and in arbitration; responding to government investigation and inquiries.
• Applicants will also draft and review employment and severance agreements, employment policies, and Employee Handbooks.

• 7 to 8 years of experience in labor and employment law.

• Have a strong background in California employment litigation advice and counseling.

• Candidates should be an active member and in good standing of the California bar or eligible to waive into the bar.

• Location: This position is based in our Los Angeles office. Applicants should be based within driving distance to our Los Angeles office or planning to relocate if applying to this position.
