A well-regarded law firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-admitted NJ/NY litigator looking to do substantive, high-impact work—without the daily commute into Manhattan.

Who This Role Is For:

• An associate with 4 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and court appearances

What You'll Do:

• Work on high-stakes commercial disputes in both state and federal court

• Be part of a tight-knit litigation team handling matters in the broader NY Metro area

• Take on substantive responsibilities early, including drafting, arguing motions, and client engagement

Preferred Background:

• Judicial clerkship (federal or state) and/or law review or journal experience

• Experience with complex insurance coverage litigation is a plus, but not required

• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability

• Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York
