- Hospital Employed position
- Well established not-for profit 4 hospital system
- Call rotation 1:4
- Monday " Friday work schedule - flexible
- Approximately 12-25 clinic patients per day
- Office is in Hobart, IN
- Full time/permanent position
- EMR system is EPIC
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required.
- Sub-specialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.

- 45-minute commute each way during rush hour from downtown Chicago
- Hobart is home to Lake George,a popular place for people to gather to walk along the city's waterfront. Musical entertainment can be found near the clock tower in Lakefront Park and at the Revelli Bandshell during the warm months. Fishing and boating are two popular activities at Lake George
