Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate water heating solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, turning leads into sales.
• Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate product benefits and overcome objections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in in-home sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems or water heaters is a plus but not required.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
