• Start Date: Oct 10; Nov 5-6; Nov 25-27; Dec 4; Dec 22-25; Dec 29-31
• Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
• Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
• Call Scheduled: Call every 4th weekday and 5th weekend for both OB &OR call
• Types of cases required: Bread and Butter, ENT, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS. DEA required.
