ANALYTICAL LABORATORY POSITION

Badger Laboratories, Inc. - Stevens Point, WI. has an opening for a full time position in our Analytical Laboratory.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in professional laboratory setting
• Completion of a Science/Chemistry related Associate or Bachelor degree
• Performs basic laboratory equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Dedicated to working safely in a professional laboratory environment
• Understanding of Chemistry and Mathematics
• Some routine lifting
• Able to work in the USA. Valid Drivers License.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer software programs

Job Duties include:

• Perform analytical testing processes including preserving samples, completing sample preparation and analysis, documenting and communicating results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable methods, certifications and documentation required by DNR, EPA, DATCP and ISO certifications
• Perform laboratory equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Dispose of laboratory materials and samples using established guidelines and instruction
• Knowledge to resolve lab support or technical problems, questions and concerns
• Maintain databases, forms, documents and related information

This is a 40 hr/week position with a great benefits package after our 90 day introductory period.
