REACT Developer with Splunk (US Citizen)

The Splunk Visualization Data Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis on data for improving and optimizing the client’s cybersecurity efforts. This position is responsible for developing and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.

Candidates must meet or exceed the following qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience using Splunk and creating queries in Search Processing Language (SPL)

• Have experience creating Splunk dashboards from scratch using the Splunk UI framework.

- The candidate needs to be able to program Splunk UI based dashboards, coding in REACT with Splunk extensions.

- The complexity of the dashboard requires that the development be done specifically in Splunk UI Toolkit [https://splunkui.splunk.com/].

- This is not creating classic Splunk XML dashboards or the new Splunk Dashboard Studio. Experience in creating classic XML or Dashboard Studio applications does not necessarily apply to this position.

The moderately qualified candidate will have:

• Experience using Splunk and creating queries in SPL

• At least 2 years of experience creating REACT applications.

• At least three years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 1 year of that experience in data analysis.

• Good communication and customer relationship skills.

• Working knowledge of Splunk SPL.

The minimum viable candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years of experience creating REACT applications.
