Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience with Dementia. Mother and step father are extremely forgetful. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, memory care activities. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. I'm an only child and live an hour away from my mom. I also care for my biological father and I have recently had to have my foot amputated. I am still trying to work a full time job from home. I am unable to drive and I am unable to get in my mom's house at this time, due to stairs. I have my own medical issues at the moment.
