Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 70s. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets, 1 cat, and 2 dogs (Boxer and German and a protective English Shepard Mix)
