Outside Sales Representative

Rivershores Hardwood Flooring is a fast-growing importer, retailer, and distributor of hardwood flooring products

Our exclusive lines, including Green Choice hardwood flooring and AlphaCover surface protection, give our sales team the competitive edge in multiple markets

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Rep to own and expand our Northern Michigan territory.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow and nurture our customer base by leveraging the unique strengths of our core product lines.
• Drive new business through networking, showroom visits, cold calls, and relationship-building.
• Travel throughout Northern Michigan to expand Rivershores’ presence, with opportunities to attend national trade shows and represent our brand on a bigger stage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—someone who connects easily and earns trust quickly.
• Sales experience is a plus, but the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn matter more.

Rivershores maintains a base salary plus commission compensation arrangement. Commission is paid on your total monthly sales.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: Upper Middle & Northern Michigan Territories + 1-2 days/ week in Holland or Grand Rapids, MI location

Expected Pay Range: $50,000-$120,000 (base salary + commission) with uncapped commission growth overtime.
