Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health
Location: Holyoke, MA
Shift: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent or Contract
Hourly Salary Range: $43.33 - $59.98

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening shift team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and growing behavioral health organization committed to trauma-informed care and recovery.
As an RN, you will play a key role in providing direct and indirect care to patients in our adolescent and adult psychiatric and substance use programs. You will assess patient conditions, contribute to individualized treatment plans, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment aligned with the facility's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing assessments of physical and psychological patient conditions
Implement and document nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
Support a trauma-informed, therapeutic milieu
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery
Maintain safety, manage crises, and assist with de-escalation when needed
Float to similar or lower acuity units as required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- CPR certification (required)
- Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Strong communication, organizational, and de-escalation skills
