About who needs care: Our father has Parkinsons. He uses a walker but requires help with mobility, needs assistance with bathroom needs, and taking his medications. He has difficulty communicating and cannot hear out of his left ear. He does have occasional confusion. He also has a head injury, macular degeneration and neuropathy in his lower legs.
