Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for someone to help provide some companionship and transportation for my 79-year-old dad. He is getting ready to limit his driving, but doesn't want to lose freedom to go places. He has a medium size dog that he likes to take to the dog park, he visits Costco and the grocery store about every week or two. He has recently started ordering meals that are delivered weekly through a company called Factor, and may need some help preparing small meals. He's very smart and likes conversation.
