Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on their requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and packaging processes to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in packaging or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
