Onsite Call Center Rep - $21/hr - Upper Marlboro, MD

Our client, a waste collection company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Call Center Representative to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD!

About the Job:

• Support customer calls, emails, and other requests.
• Assist with pickup scheduling, service changes, and prioritize resolving issues.
• Handle the communication of schedules, tracking of service, and documentation of job requirements.
• Review, process, and approve invoices.
• Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.

About You:

• 1+ years of Call Center experience are required.
• Waste industry experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in MS Office with a technical savviness.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus!
• Team player with a customer service mindset.

About the Position:

• Pays $20/hr-$21/hr while temporary.
• Converts to a salary of up to $50K when permanent.
• Starting ASAP!
• 100% onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
• Free parking!
