Mail Room Clerk (Pay Is 15.00 To 17.00 Per Hour)

Our client is searching for a Mail Room Clerk for a contract-to-hire position in Conway, AR.

This position will pay 15.00 to 17.00 per hour based on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Description:

• Receive and scan incoming paper claims
• Accurately classify claims to ensure proper routing
• Enter scanned claims into internal systems with precision
• Ensure all claims are documented correctly and accessible for downstream processing
• Lift and handle mail items up to 25 lbs (daily handling of boxes, removing staples/paperclips, etc.)
  • Note: This is a true mailroom environment which will require some lifting of fairly heavy items
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve classification or routing issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
