Are you an experienced caregiver with a heart for service and a drive to make a difference? Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is looking for dedicated Special Attendants to join our team and support individuals with disabilities in living independently and with dignity.

About the Role
As a Special Attendant, you’ll be a full-time team member providing personal care services to multiple clients on an as-needed basis. **Regional travel is required** This is not a permanent placement with one client, but a dynamic role supporting a variety of individuals who rely on your care and compassion.

What You’ll Do You’ll assist clients with essential daily living activities, including:

· Bathing, dressing, and toileting

· Shaving and oral care

· Routine hair and skin maintenance

· Meal preparation and feeding

· Shopping and errands

· Exercise and mobility support

· Transfers and repositioning

· Light housekeeping and laundry

What You’ll Need

- Willing to travel to clients all over service area.

· At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience

· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance

· Must be 18 years or older

· At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities

· No disqualifying criminal convictions as defined by state law
