Delivery Manager - Full-time

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of framework contracts or other key contracts according to objectives.
• Translate strategic technology initiatives into actionable project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and delivery strategy.
• Define project scope, roadmaps, and milestones in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Actively manage technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and identify new business development areas.
• Develop best practices for improving contract and project performance, ensuring efficient execution across all levels.
• Define and monitor technical and delivery KPIs, ensuring compliance across teams and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive best practices, methodologies, and tool adoption.
• Review and improve Agile team performance (e.g., velocity, adherence to planning, DevOps/automation maturity).
• Oversee adoption, standardization, and integration of emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies across delivery teams.
• Ensure quality reviews of deliverables and formulate recommendations for efficient execution.
• Prepare and submit high-quality responses/offers for customer requests (inquiries, RfQs) to support business growth.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact for all client matters.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with consortiums, agencies, and partner organizations.
• Manage communication and reporting for consultants, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
• Organize and lead functional working groups, progress meetings, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure financial, contractual, and technical KPIs/SLAs are achieved and delivered within required standards.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• University/College degree in Computer Science, IT, or related domain.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar Delivery or Project/Program Management role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, PM2).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) are highly desirable.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies, digital transformation, and business-technology alignment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
• Experience in Agile delivery practices, DevOps, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial, contractual, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (written and verbal).
