Event & Marketing Assistant (Temporary – Brickell + Miami Beach)

Dates: October 14–18, 2025

Location: Brickell (home office) + Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach

Compensation: Starting at $500 for the full project (hourly or project-based, depending on experience and final agreement)

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) Event & Marketing Assistant to support our team during one of our biggest events of the year. The event will take place in Miami Beach on Saturday, October 18th. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in marketing, events, or communications who loves community, organization, and creativity.

You’ll work closely with our project manager, virtual assistant, and event production team to ensure everything runs smoothly—from setup to guest experience.
 

Schedule

• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Brickell home office)
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Brickell home office)
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (hotel setup)
• Saturday (Event Day): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach)
   

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor coordination (confirmations, setup, logistics).
• Communicate with the virtual assistant and project manager to stay on schedule.
• Help with marketing activities, social media, and attendee engagement.
• Support event decoration and packing/unpacking materials.
• Provide on-site support during setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Interact professionally with sponsors, vendors, and attendees.
• Might run local errands as needed (must have a car).
   

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Proficient in Canva, Excel, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Laptop and car required.
• Must live in or near Brickell for easy access to the home office.
