Maintenance Repair Worker 202 - Multiple, Central NJ Locations Central Administration Office - Perth Amboy, NJ Salary: $39,520 - $41,600 per year plus Sign on Bonus - $2,000 Responsibilities: Basic knowledge in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair work and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40+ locations in tip top shape.
