• Typical work hours are from midnight to 8:00 AM, but they vary depending on snowfall conditions and timing.
• Reliability is key, as your fellow crew members will rely on your support.
• Your first day on the job will coincide with the first snowfall of the season.
• We offer weekly payments to our dedicated team members.
