Job Description: Primary Care Physician needed for Full-time Perm in Northeastern, Oregon

• Full-time Perm
• Board Certified/ BE Primary Care - Family Medicine
• Rural Health Clinic - with Behavioral Health and Lab On-Site
• Schedule: 4/10's per Week
• Licensed in Oregon or in the Process
• 14-16 PPD with 1:16 Call - Phone Only
