Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process medical claims accurately and efficiently for FQHC clients

- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections

- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve claim denials

- Maintain detailed documentation of billing activities and communications

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate patient information

- Utilize Epic software to input, review, and manage billing data

- Stay updated on billing regulations, payer policies, and compliance standards

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a medical billing environment

- Proven experience working with FQHC billing processes

- Strong knowledge of Epic electronic health record and billing systems

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
