Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Springfield, IL (62769) – Capital city of Illinois, known for its beautiful parks and healthcare opportunities
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Unit: Neuro (Telemetry) – Clinical support for diverse patient populations
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• End Date: December 21, 2025
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (AM), every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1950 - $2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Neuro nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with neuro, oncology, and general surgery patients
• Proficiency in administering anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure IV medications
• Preferred: Chemo certification

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess telemetry patients in the Neuro unit
• Deliver high-quality patient care to neuro, oncology, and surgical populations
• Administer IV medications, including anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
