401(k) Analyst

We are a small wealth management and Qualified Plan administration firm (TPA). A new position needs to be filled. We need someone who has some experience communicating with clients about plan loans, hardships, termination distributions, reconciling trust reports, and handling the details of each transaction. We are extremely "hands on" so this person must have patience and service each client and participant with care.

There is opportunity for large compensation increases. After 6 months of employment, compensation will be substantially increased for this person if they perform as expected.
