  • Previous Experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
  • Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) license in Maryland
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience working in an a skilled nursing facility a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with residents
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level
  • Current CPR Certification
