Companion Care Needed

We need companion care and mobily assistance to take care of my wife in Patchogue. My wife is paralysed one side. Need to be able to take her to bathroom in a wheel chair and back. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help buying meal . We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Must speak and understand English
