Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their academic goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions to meet each students specific needs.

Responsibilities:- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement customized IEPs to support students' development.
- Deliver direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as required to meet student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to ensure effective communication support.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and engage in team planning meetings for comprehensive support.
- Advocate for students, provide staff training, and stay engaged in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- WashingtonSLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
