Job Description

Under the guidance of the Supervisor, the Crate Builder is tasked with assembling boxes to precise dimensions, preparing them for packaging or direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes according to specific dimensions.
• Prepare boxes for packaging or direct sales.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of woodworking or carpentry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of crate building and cabinetry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Some leadership experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 6 am to 2 pm. The work environment involves the use of hand and power tools, requiring physical stamina and precision.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
