About the RoleLHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to learn or someone with 1–3 years of customer support experience. You’ll play a key part in supporting both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring smooth operations from order entry to shipping.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Generate and manage invoices
- Create and maintain reports using basic Excel functions
- Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and provide updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
