What We Offer You
- Robust Trauma Practice: 40+ surgeries per month, 30–40 patients in clinic weekly
- Dedicated Trauma OR Room: Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Case Variety: Complex trauma, pelvic fractures, pediatrics, and more in a comprehensive practice
- APP Team Support: Two PAs and two NPs, including one PA in the clinic five days/week
What You Bring
- Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Trauma preferred
- Collaborative approach with commitment to program growth
- Comfortable supervising APPs and integrating into the community
Total Rewards Package
- $800,000 base salary with productivity incentive
- $40,000 signing bonus and relocation allowance
- An additional $3,180/day for extra call shifts
