Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
\n• Every other weekend required
\n• No call requirements
\n• 3 years of ICU experience required
\n• Must have Neuro ICU experience
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
\n• May float to any IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:3
\n• Standard patient ratio 1:2 in ICU
\n• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
\n• Care for patients with medical complications including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA
\n• Non-specific scrub color requirements
\n• Focus on outstanding patient care and team communication required

This 32-bed intensive care unit operates within a tertiary care and teaching institute, featuring 20 medical ICU beds and 12 neuro ICU beds. The facility provides advanced critical care services with comprehensive specialty support and serves as a major medical center for complex patient cases.
