Physical Therapist

\n

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:\n

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate based on their individual needs.
\n
• Develop and update treatment plans and discharge plans of care for patients.
\n
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
\n
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
\n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
\n
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
\n
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
\n
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
