WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Acute Care for a local contract nursing job in Newark, New Jersey.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Nurse to work at a Prestigious Hospital in Newark, NJ.
Job Function:
\n- Day Shift and Night Shift. \n
- Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. \n
- Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse. \n
- Educates patients on surgical procedures. Records patients’ medical information and vital signs. \n
- Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displays. \n
- Initiates corrective action whenever the patient. \n
Job Requirements:
\n- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). \n
- Current RN license for the state of NJ.\n \n
- 2 years of MS RN experience is required. \n \n
- BLS, ACLS, certifications from the American Heart Association are required.\n \n
- EPIC experience preferred. \n
